Following the instructions given for this phone DOES NOT WORK to bring up the menu stated, it just brings up ENGINEER MODE which does not have an option to work with the SIM settings. I have tried various others with the same or similar results. I have also tried other LG KP170s with the same result. IT DIDN'T WORK FOR ME.......
